The Brand Book
First impressions are critical even though the new team member has accepted the job. Sharing the company mission, vision, and purpose is important in order to set expectations and establish trust. This video was done in collaboration with our marketing and brand teams in order to do just that. Plus we were able to have a bit of fun as well.
Restaurant Leadership Development
Building a leadership development program begins with understanding the pillars of effective operations and customer service. This program focused on guest loyalty, brand protection, interviewing skills, coaching and developing team members, as well as the preparation and execution of world class operations.
